Ms. Borth was previously an associate at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, where she practiced general litigation. Ms. Borth graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall Law School in 2008, where she interned at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Civil Litigation Clinic, and graduated cum laude from Drew University in 2000. Ms. Siegel, who joined the law firm as an associate in 2002, represents numerous community associations and is active in the law firm's commercial and construction litigation practices. Ms. Seiter, who joined the firm in 2003, represents many community associations and concentrates her practice on the transactional side, with substantial involvement in the process of transition from developer control and the remediation of construction defects.

Formerly Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler PC, he brings to the firm substantial experience in major, complex multi-party commercial litigation. Mr. Middleton graduated from Columbia Law School in 1996, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the Submissions Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and from Harvard College, magna cum laude, in 1992. His litigation experience includes a wide range of commercial matters including contract disputes, securities fraud, shareholder derivative claims, corporate mismanagement and breach of fiduciary duty, insurance and other areas.

  • Community Trends, the monthly magazine of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, published an article written by Mary Wynn Seiter entitled "Spoliation Concerns in Transition — Important Steps to Preserve Evidence of Construction Defects,". Mary Wynn has been an associate with the law firm since April 2003. She is extensively involved in all aspects of representing community associations in transition from developer control, including negotiating the resolution of construction defect claims against developers.

  • David G. Frizzell and Donna Ruberman Shahrabani have become partners in the law firm of Buckalew Frizzell & Crevina. Mr. Frizzell joined the firm in 1994, after having served as a chief negotiator with the State of Connecticut's Executive Branch. He is an honors graduate of the University of Connecticut Law School. Ms. Shahrabani, a 1988 graduate of Boston University School of Law, has practiced in New York with the law firm of Winston & Strawn, as well as with a boutique firm specializing in condominium and cooperative law. She has been with Buckalew Frizzell & Crevina since 2001.
