Laura Borth concentrates her practice in community association law.    She counsels association Boards on numerous issues pertaining to corporate governance compliance with fiduciary duties, guides clients through annual meetings and elections, drafts detailed resolutions on significant Board actions, crafts amendments to master deeds, by-laws, rules, and declarations, negotiates and drafts complex contracts for a myriad of key services and projects, and negotiates with municipalities to assure compliance with the Municipal Services Act.

Prior to joining BFC in 2011, Laura’s practice focused on insurance defense work, primarily with respect to medical malpractice claims.
