Donna Shahrabani is a partner with the firm, and concentrates her practice in the fields of community association law and real estate. She also represents small business owners, developing personalized and creative strategies to meet their needs. She has a strong command of these areas of law, and over twenty-five years of experience counseling clients. Drawing on skills she developed early in her career as a commercial litigator at the New York office of a large, multi-national law firm, she approaches each matter striving for clarity, so that her clients understand their issues. Donna emphasizes attention to detail, service and responsiveness to her clients, and communicating complex material in an understandable manner.

Donna is experienced in transactional legal work with community associations, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and landlords and tenants of rental property. She has been a speaker on community association law at numerous seminars and programs, is a mediator with the New Jersey chapter of the Community Associations Institute, and has given lectures to realtors on various topics in real estate. Donna is also known for quickly concluding attorney review for her real estate clients.

Donna received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from The State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where she was a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. Her published decisions include Levine v. Yokell, 665 N.Y.S.2d 962, 245 A.D.2d 138 (N.Y.A.D. 1st Dept. 1997), Plymouth Drug Wholesalers Inc. v. Kirschner, 658 N.Y.S.2d 64, 239 A.D.2d 479 (N.Y.A.D. 2d Dept. 1997), and Still v. DeBuono, 101 F.3rd 888 (2nd Cir. 1996).

Donna enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with her friends and family, and taking yoga and fitness classes at her local gym. She and her husband and children live in Livingston, New Jersey.
