Shilpa M. Samuel joined Buckalew Frizzell & Crevina LLP as an associate in 2025. Her practice focuses on community association law, real estate law, and landlord-tenant matters.
Ms. Samuel counsels and advises numerous condominium associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives throughout New Jersey on various matters, including the analysis and interpretation of master deed and by-law provisions, preparation of governing document amendments and resolutions, and the collection of delinquent assessments. She prosecutes landlord-tenant actions and represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1996 and obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Georgia State University School of Law in 2001. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Georgia.
